The Liberty Law Team was established by founder Lonny Fish, Esquire, who recognized that after 17 years of practicing as a sole proprietor that legal services are delivered inhumanely. They often hold back marginalized communities and those who have been knocked down, counted out, and left behind. Our processes are designed to ensure a premium service is delivered to the client with the advent of technology, transparency, humane and consistent communication and compassion.
A TEAM APPROACH
Without a doubt, a larger team is more capable of delivering a premium service. There is a multitude of reasons why a larger team is more capable of ensuring a high-end service. First and foremost, through group accountability, there will be not only a multitude of minds delivering brain power to a topic, but also delivering accountability. With multiple people accountable to one client, legal services will be delivered with each decision reviewed by several individuals. Team members have all been delegated tasks to free up attorneys to practice law and not be occupied with clerical duties. Furthermore, now that a team is fully involved in every case, a multitude of people can process various inquiries from clients quickly and completely. With a larger caseload and staff, the Liberty Law Firm will employ processes to ensure no task falls through the cracks. When processes are strictly followed, we can use technology and statistics to drastically improve the client experience and, ultimately, the results.
- Ready to collaborate and socially responsible
- Ingenuity and Efficient
- Honesty and Openness
MARKETING and SALES
We will aggressively market and sell to as many people as possible as we believe our service is a better alternative to other available services. Additional revenue will not necessarily line the pockets of the owner, but would allow for reinvestment and the growth of a team, allowing for the delivery of an even better product. In other words, we will aggressively sell and market to bring in more revenue and to afford a larger team. Group accountability brings on better results. Marketing will showcase our use of modern technology to improve client experience. The oldschool way of practicing law kept clients in the dark, kept them uninformed, and made them unable to make informed decisions. We will be authorities in the area, providing volumes of free content to showcase our abilities and knowledge.
LAW FIRM/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Historically, in the attorney-client relationship, the attorney was the only one with the facts and knowledge. We employ systems to keep our clients educated on the process. We process all of their materials, so when a decision is made, it is informed. Recommendations will be conveyed with humanity and all necessary information, and the decision will be respected. The sales process will be honest and without promises made for the sake of making a sale.
PREMIUM AND CUSTOMIZED SERVICE
Premium service and representation aren’t just for the privileged. Our large team strives to provide a competitive edge due to ingenuity and open-mindedness. A large team with extensive qualifications and differing approaches ensures the proper tactics are taken. More team members equate to more experience, and since a multitude of minds are working on each matter, no stone is unturned. More team members also allow for team members to migrate to sub-specialties they are passionate about and proficient in. The law firm will roll out dozens of processes and projects to make sure that all the needs of the client are met, including, but not limited to communication, information gathering, trial preparation, client education, attorney education and client satisfaction. Each service is customized to the client, not the law firm. Each client receives a needs-based analysis, often by an onboarding meeting. While the expectations are managed, clients can expect certain rights, including receiving premium service.
SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
Every task in the office fits within a system and processes. Systems and processes are made and adhered to, so micro-improvements can be made. Statistics and technology are used to make these improvements to improve sales, perfect legal services and customer satisfaction. Processes include intake, client communication, and onboarding.
LAW FIRM PLAN
In 3 years, the law firm will have two distinct divisions (criminal civil), a full-time in-house marketer, at least six attorneys and seven support staff. The law firm will be ready to hire a “COO” to scale the law firm from over 1 million to 10 million in revenue by year 6. Our service at this point may expand geographically and in practice. Our team will be large enough to support in-house social workers, investigators and client experience specialists. Overall, the legal service is unrivaled through strength in numbers, systems and processes.
